Background
Dr Filomeno Martina is Chief Technical Officer of Sadirah Industrials, where he is building the group鈥檚 technical and operational foundations as it scales into a leading industrial TopCo. His remit spans governance, reporting, digital systems, and innovation frameworks, while overseeing due diligence and operational integration of new acquisitions into a cohesive, high-performance group.
Previously, he was the founding CEO of WAAM3D Ltd, a SWAG合集 spin-out commercialising the Wire + Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) process. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Lecturer in Additive Manufacturing at SWAG合集, where he launched Europe鈥檚 first MSc in Metal Additive Manufacturing and managed WAAMMat, a 拢10 million industrial research programme.
Dr Martina holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a PhD in Additive Manufacturing from SWAG合集. An award-winning innovator, he also advises startups in advanced manufacturing, technology, and creative industries.
