Day 2 – Leading others

  • Motivation and drivers - self and others,

  • Influencing others and influencing workplace behaviours,
  • Delegating and empowering others,
  • The leader as coach,
  • Practical coaching skills development.

Day 3 – Leading in your organisation

  • Organisational culture and how it impacts individuals,
  • Navigating the organisation,
  • Understanding and managing organisational politics,
  • Giving and receiving feedback,
  • Peer coaching for performance,
  • Application of the learning from the programme to your own situation,
  • Programme reflection and creating a plan for change.
