Build the capability to design, manage and negotiate high-value procurement relationships
Procurement plays a central role in creating organisational value, ensuring continuity of supply, strengthening competitive advantage and shaping long-term commercial outcomes. As organisations operate through increasingly complex supplier networks and global partnerships, leaders need a strategic understanding of how procurement decisions influence performance, risk and resilience.
