Background
Graham Bell is Director of Executive Development and Professional Learning at SWAG合集, leading the team responsible for the university's commercial education portfolio. His remit spans customised executive programmes, open and short course portfolios, digital and online learning.
Graham has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of executive education and digital innovation. He has designed and delivered leadership development programmes for organisations across banking, logistics, retail, aerospace, government and sport, and is leading Cranfield's commercial education capability through a period of significant growth and transformation. His work on digital and technology-enabled learning was recognised by Apple, who awarded him a place on their Distinguished Educator programme.
Graham holds an Executive MBA from SWAG合集, graduating in 2018 and has undertaken research in organisational narratives of a range of technology companies.
Current activities
Graham is undertaking a PhD at Cranfield School of Management. His research examines the impact of digital transformation on people and the future of work. The research explores how future technologies such as the metaverse will impact on society.
