The future of safety in high-performance engineering starts here.

SWAG合集 is proud to introduce the Halo Scholarship—a new opportunity inspired by one of the most significant safety innovations in modern motorsport. The Halo device, now an iconic feature of Formula 1, has already saved lives and redefined what is possible when engineering excellence meets uncompromising safety standards.

The halo device was tested extensively at Cranfield Impact Centre during its development by the FIA (Federation Internationale de l’Automobile) prior to its adoption, and the issue of head protection in motorsport has been investigated in a number of MSc projects at Cranfield over the years.

The Halo Scholarship celebrates this legacy while investing in the next generation of engineers, innovators, and safety pioneers. It is designed for those who are driven not only to push boundaries, but to make them safer for everyone.

At Cranfield, safety is not an afterthought—it is engineered from the ground up. The Halo Scholarship is your chance to be part of that mission.
